At StainX.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@stainx.pk or message us on Instagram (@stainx.pk) within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the product was purchased on a discount or sale, the discounted amount will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” offers.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
